This simple set-up is a 1-Week 5-or-6 Man/Crew Kit and is only one of the planning and scheduling solutions using the T-Card system.

COPART offers several solutions as pre-packaged kits, or you may design your own system to match your requirements.

Kits are available in 6 configurations:

• 1-Week 2-or-3 Man/Crew Kit with 8 32-slot panels (Product Code 3281)
• 2-Week 2-or-3 Man/Crew Kit with 16 32-slot panels (Product Code 3282)
• 1-Week 4 Man/Crew Kit with 8 40-slot panels (Product Code 4081)
• 2-Week 4 Man/Crew Kit with 16 40-slot panels (Product Code 4082)
• 1-Week 5-or-6 Man/Crew Kit with 8 54-slot panels (Product Code 5481)
• 2-Week 5-or-6 Man/Crew Kit with 16 54-slot panels (Product Code 5482)

Planning System packages include panels and supports, 1000 blank T-cards (your choice of one color), 100 stock printed T-cards (your choice of type and color), and size code 31 plastic T-cards for use as header cards (labeled Monday-Saturday, Crew, and Priority). If you wish to design your own custom system, just follow these simple steps.

Step One - CHOOSE THE SIZE T-CARD - T-Cards come in 7 sizes, so choosing the size you want to use is your first decision. The 3 5/8" X 4 3/4" (size code 3) is the most commonly used size.

Step Two - DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF SLOTS - The Planning System Boards are assembled from vertical panels with slots for the T-Cards. The width of the Planner Panel will correspond to the width of the T-Cards you have chosen. You can choose from 4 panel heights which provide 32, 40 and 54 slots.

Step Three - DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF PANELS - Choose the number of panels based on how many days, tasks, groups, etc. your system requires. In the example shown above, there are 8 54-slot panels.

Step Four - CHOOSE PANEL SUPPORT FRAMES - The Planner Panels are assembled into the finished board using Panel Support Frames which are available in various widths to accommodate the number of panels your solution requires.
