Mini Planners utilize the same easy T-Card system to provide a portable planning and scheduling solution. These notebook size and smaller planners can be used in different locations around the office or on the road, and can be integrated with your central T-Card Planning and Scheduling System or used as standalone individual planners.

The basic Mini Planner is a PVC folder sized 9 3/8" X 12 3/8" which opens flat to reveal slots for T-Cards. The three types of planners use T-Cards sized: 1 3/4" X 2" (Size Code 1.5), 2 3/8" X 3 3/8" (Size Code 2), or the standard 3 5/8" X 4 3/4" (Size Code 3). The basic Mini Planner can be expanded by adding Inner Planner pages between the two outer panels. These additional panels can use different sized T-Cards which can be mixed within your Mini Planner. |

COPART also offers an extra small Mini Planner that can be carried in a coat pocket! The pocket folder is only 4" X 7". Use it with standard 3 5/8" X 4 3/4" (Size Code 3) or 3 5/8" X 2 3/8" (Size Code 31) T-Cards, or with the supplied T-Memo cards to keep names and addresses of clients. |
The Note Planner is a fourteen slot plastic panel, 3 3/4" X 9", which is designed to attach to the side of a computer screen and uses the standard 3 5/8" X 4 3/4" (Size Code 3) T-Cards. Use it to organize your tasks for the day, or to take appointments to be scheduled on the central T-Card Planning and Scheduling System. |  |
